We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Academic Coordinator (Office Operations) to manage and support day-to-day academic and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating academic operations, handling CRM and LMS platforms, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between faculty, students, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage academic operations, schedules, and workflows
Handle and maintain CRM and LMS platforms for student data, courses, attendance, and progress tracking
Prepare, update, and analyze reports using MS Excel / Google Sheets
Act as a communication bridge between students, faculty, and management
Support admissions, onboarding, assessments, and academic documentation
Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely updates of academic data
Assist in planning and executing academic activities, exams, and evaluations
Resolve academic or operational issues efficiently and professionally
Experience in CRM & LMS handling
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Understanding of academic operations management
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
